Typical Requirements:

  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience in a medium to large enterprise
  • Experience supporting business application analysis for custom development or COTs implementations / upgrades
  • Skills in requirements gathering and analysis – working with users to identify and truly understand the business needs.
  • Detailed and clean documentation skills: functional requirements, as-is / to-be processes documentation.

It is helpful if you have functional knowledge in any of the following areas:

  • Financials
  • HR / Payroll
  • Supply Chain
  • CRM
  • Line of Business applications for specific industries, i.e. banking, public sector, manufacturing, retail…
