We’re looking for West-Coast based Technology Support Engineers with experience in complex computing environments including:

• End-user support of hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of databases, networking, Windows OS, Microsoft-centric applications, remote computing
• Ability to install, configure and maintain hardware and software
• Superb troubleshooting skills
• Phone support, on-site support and remote support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and task management skills
