As we identify potential candidates as appropriate for the position, our recruiters conduct extensive interviews to learn about skill sets, goals, personality fit and any special qualifications.
We conduct technical peer reviews when specialized skills are required, and make references available if you so request. We present only our best candidates to our clients.
