Section 508 Compliance

MACRO.CCS project teams and individuals develop new and enhance existing custom software applications and websites. New MACRO.CCS employees receive introductory and descriptive materials supporting Section 508* compliance.

For projects that must be Section 508 compliant, our project processes include a compilation of Section 508 standards, checklists, guidelines and best practices. Most importantly, we incorporate Section 508 standards in the functional requirements gathering stages of development and full software development lifecycle.

We test our software applications, websites and website content and documentation, using test plans that incorporate Section 508 standards, automated test tools and manual techniques.
